In accordance with A.R.S. §9-499.15, notice is hereby given that the Mesa City Council will consider modifying fees and charges for the following departments: Parks, Recreation & Community Facilities. The City Council Meeting will be at 5:45 p.m. on June 5, 2017 in the Mesa City Council Chambers located at East 1st Street in Mesa. A schedule of the new fees that includes the amounts of the fees and a written report that supports the new fees are available on the City of Mesa’s website.

In accordance with A.R.S. §9-499.15, public notice is given that the Mayor and Council of the City of Mesa will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed adjustments on rates or rate components, fees and/or service charges for district cooling, electric, natural gas, solid waste, wastewater, and water, as well as other utility service fees.

The public hearing on the proposed adjustments will be held as part of the City Council’s regular meeting onMay 16, 2016in the Mesa City Council Chambers located at 57 East 1st Street.

In accordance with A.R.S. §9-499.15, public notice is hereby provided that the Mesa City Council will hold a public hearing on June 15, 2015 in the Mesa City Council Chambers located at 57 East 1st Street to consider proposed changes to the FY15-16 secondary property tax rate.

Update:The Mesa City Council held a public hearing on June 15, 2015 to consider proposed changes to the FY15-16 secondary property tax rate and levy. On July 1, 2015, the Mesa City Council approved the FY15-16 secondary property tax rate and levy pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17151(A).

Notice of Proposed Changes to Utility Rates & Fees

In accordance with A.R.S. §9-499.15.The Mayor and Council of the City of Mesa adopt this Notice of Intention to adjust rates or rate components, fees and/or service charges for district cooling, electric, natural gas, solid waste, wastewater, and water, as well as the utility service fees.

A public hearing on the proposed adjustments will be held as part of the City Council’s regular meeting on May 18, 2015 at 5:45 pm in the Mesa City Council Chambers located at 57 East 1st Street.
