Multifamily and Industrial/Commercial Water Use
Multifamily Property Program
Twenty-five percent of Mesa's water use is through multifamily
residences. Water Conservation staff would like to help you
identify ways to save money by saving water on your multifamily
property. By request, the City will work with managers and/or
owners to review onsite water use, identify water saving
options, and construct a cost/benefit analysis.
Conservation staff can provide you with tools to enable you
to determine the best ways to save money on the water and
wastewater portion of your utility bill.
