The City of Mesa will be performing required maintenance on the City's computer networks beginning Saturday, 10/25 at 10pm until 9am Sunday, 10/26/14.  During the scheduled window utility bill pay options will be unavailable (My Utility Account web site and pay-by-phone).  Thank you for your patience.

Customer Service Operations is responsible for billing, collecting and processing all City of Mesa utility accounts for services such as: electric, gas, water, wastewater, solid waste and irrigation.

Paying your Mesa utility bill online through the City of Mesa website is the fastest way for a payment to post to your account.  Payments made directly to a 3rd party, such as your bank or credit union, will delay the payment reaching us.
