Customer Service Operations is responsible for billing,
collecting and processing all City of Mesa utility accounts for
services such as: electric, gas, water, wastewater, solid waste
and irrigation.

Paying your Mesa utility bill online through the City
of Mesa website is the fastest way for a payment to post to your
account. Payments made directly to a 3rd party, such as
your bank or credit union, will delay the payment reaching us.
What's New
NOTICE: Utility Payment Drop Boxes
on First Street will be CLOSED Friday, June 28 at 5 p.m. and
will re-open Sunday, June 30 at 8 a.m. for the
Southwest Ambulance Arizona Celebration of Freedom. Payments can
still be made online, via mail or in-person at 55 N. Center
Street Monday - Thursday from 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
