of the achievement lists.
Mesa is also one of the most affordable places to live.
According to research conducted by Arizona State University,
resale home prices are among the top 5 most affordable in the
metropolitan area. The charts below provide additional detail on
the affordability of the Phoenix-Mesa-Glendale MSA as compared
