|Andrew joined the City of Mesa Office of Economic Development team in June 2013 as an Economic Development Specialist. In December 2013, he began his new role as an Economic Development Project Manager. As a Project Manager, Andrew works to enhance job creation through assisting in business attraction and expansion efforts. In addition, he is responsible for business retention and expansion coordination for the Economic Development team.
Prior to working for the City of Mesa, Andrew served as the Director of Business Attraction and Development for the Central Arizona Regional Economic Development Foundation where he focused on attraction and retention efforts for the Cities of Casa Grande, Eloy, Coolidge and Western Pinal County. In May of 2013, he was honored by the Arizona Association of Economic Development as the Economic Developer of the Year, Small Community.
Andrew received a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from San Jose State University, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
