provide a higher level of security applicable and consistent
with current regulatory guidance and industry standards.
The project will also replace the front entry gate and a
motor that is undersized and has a history of requiring frequent
maintenance.
The recommended total award of this
project is $1,118,596.89, which consists of the
lowest bid of $1,016,906.26 plus an additional $101,690.63 (10%
allowance for change orders). Funding is available from
the FY 11/12 Water Bond Program.
