The City of Mesa supports Community Legal Services' Tenant's Rights Helpline.  You may speak to a legal advocate 10am - 1pm, Monday - Thursday about evictions, lock-outs, security deposits, utility shut-offs, lease terms, repairs, discrimination, and notices.
