The City's pay plan has approximate 5%
increase between steps and ranges from 24 to 56.

The
alphabetical position title listing is updated
monthly and includes all job code, job title, pay range and information, such as: Citywide position title, position requires: Commercial Driver's License, Drug Testing, Respirator,
special pay range, etc. Also included will be the biweekly or hourly
pay steps A - G, monthly steps A - G, Job Function code, At-Will status,
Group I designation, Job Description Revision Date, Fair
Labor Standards Act code, EEO code, Industrial Code, and Special Handling
Code.
The
Responsibility Center (RC) Manager's list
shows the
Department, Division, Section and Subsection numbers associated with the
RC. The name, title, and phone number of each RC Manager is also listed.
Job
Descriptions for each position title will list job duties,
requirements and qualifications,
education, knowledge, skills and abilities.
