The City of Mesa provides additional staff and support for all recreation
programs that allow individuals with disabilities to mainstream into their
regular park district programs. Staff and volunteers will be partnered with
individuals who require special assistance. Partners will facilitate
participation and inclusion in recreation programs allowing for an optimal

system or in person at the Parks & Recreation S. Center office.
Please note: a medical physical form and waiver is required to participate
in all sports programs.
