Athletic training tailored
just for elementary kids! Our brand
new program is scaled to address the
specific progressive and
developmental needs and abilities of
young athletes, both beginner and
more advanced by engaging them in
many different styles of workouts.
This is a safe and easy way to add
variety to sports and exercise. It
also plays a positive role in
promoting long term exercise and
healthy lifestyles, teaching proper
technique, and reduces boredom. By
using circuit training, they will
have the opportunity to enhance
their endurance, strength,
flexibility, coordination, agility,
and balance all while HAVNG FUN!
Proper athletic clothes such as gym
shorts and t-shirt as well as closed
toed athletic shoes are required.
