Important Registration Information
- PARKS and
RECREATION REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
PRIOR TO JANUARY 11. Any
registrations that are faxed, delivered to
drop-boxes or are received earlier than the
posted start date will be randomly processed
after
JANUARY 11.

during regular business hours.|
- REGISTRATION IS
ONGOING until programs are filled.
- TELETRAC
is no longer available.
- WEBTRAC
requires a payment by credit card or you can use
existing credit on your household account.
If you want to use WebTrac to
register, and do not want to use a credit card,
you may come into the Parks & Recreation office
prior to registration and put a credit on your
household account using cash or check. The
credit can then be applied toward any WebTrac registration. Fee assistance
is not available through this registration
method.
Enrollment Information
REGISTRATION FORM:
- Proper class codes
MUST BE written on forms to ensure
correct registration.
- Payment in full is due with your
registration form. Failure to fill out the
registration form correctly or to enclose
payment will delay the processing of your
registration.
- A $25 collection fee will be charged for all
returned checks.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION:
- Receipts will be mailed to your home to
confirm your enrollment.
- If you do not receive a receipt within a
week of your registration, please call 480
644-2352 to verify your enrollment.
- Registrations completed through WebTrac will
not be mailed a receipt. Please print a
copy from the confirmation or under "My Account"
in WebTrac.

FULL/CANCELLED CLASSES:
- If your desired class is filled, you will be
notified by phone and placed on a waiting list.
- If any openings become available, classes
will be filled from the waiting list.
- You will be contacted if your class is
cancelled.

FEE ASSISTANCE:
- Fee assistance is available for selected
programs and activities to those individuals or
families who may qualify for free or reduced
school lunch or Federal subsidy programs.
- All individuals requesting fee assistance
are required to check the appropriate box and
sign the waiver located on the registration
form.
- Registrations will not be processed without
the proper signatures. All fee assistance
applications are subject to verification.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:
- Mark your calendars!
No refunds can be given for
classes missed or forgotten.
- All classes are subject to a
cancellation fee. Please
refer to the specific refund
policy related to each class or
call the registration office.
- Requests for refunds will be
accepted during the first week
of class only. Call 480
644-2352. Refunds will be
processed either through credit
card or by check.
- If a refund is less than
$25, the credit will be applied
to the registrant's household
account and can be used for
future registrations or
reservations with Mesa Parks and
Recreation.
- We are so confident that our

money-back guarantee.
Within the first week of
classes, if you are not
completely satisfied, we will
refund 100% of your class
registration fee.
