Seventh and Eighth Grade After-School Sports
There are two 8-week sport seasons
offered during the school
year. The Fall season starts in September and
provides basketball for both boys and girls.
The Winter season starts in November and offers flag
football for boys and volleyball for girls.
This program will be conducted at each Junior High
School and will be conducted immediately after
school.
This year, the sports program will
teach fundamentals, guarantee playing time, and is a no-cut program. The season will end
with a tournament for participating teams. All
games and practices are typically held outdoors.
The Intramural Director at each school is
responsible for hiring coaches and acting as the
on-site administrator of the program, in cooperation
with Parks and Recreation staff. Below is the list
