The effective date of Ordinance
5025 is March 9, 2011. Planning Division
staff will begin accepting
registration applications on
March 10, 2011.
Applications received on March 10 will begin the
review process on March 14, 2011, and the order of
review will be randomized, without preference to the time the
application was received.
