There are many ways to pay your utility bill, including 24/7 options. Select the option that is best for you each month. Please note that paying utility bills through financial institutions can delay posting your payment.

Logon and pay your bill with a credit card or bank draft at any time. You will need to create a portal login to use the system.

A 2.37% Service Fee will be charged when a credit or debit card is used for utility bill payments.
SurePay (Recurring Bank Draft or Credit Card)
The recurring payment program will automatically deduct your utility payment from the bank account or credit card you designate approximately two (2) days before your due date. The date your payment will be withdrawn will appear on your utility bill.
Should you wish to cancel your recurring payment, please do so at least two (2) business days prior to the withdrawal date.
SurePay / AutoPay will take effect on the first monthly utility bill generated after it has been set up. Any past due or current balance outstanding at the time of enrollment must be paid manually.

To sign-up
- Go to the My Utility Account customer portal OR call the Contact Center at 480-644-2221
- Register/login to your account. If you are a new online customer you will need your account number (12 or 13 digit number including the dash) and service address zip code
- Select the "Bills & Payment" tab in the left-hand side navigation bar
- Select "Payment" from the top navigation bar
- Select "Auto Pay"
- Select Auto Pay method and enter payment account information or select a saved payment account, if applicable
- Click "Confirm"
- Review the Auto Pay Enrollment information and confirm by clicking "Submit Auto Pay"
Download the mobile app to pay your utility bill, check the balance and due date.

There are four self-service kiosk locations available for your convenience at any time.
- Three kiosks located at 55 N. Center St. (at the east side entry doors)
- One kiosk is located at 6935 E. Decatur St. (by the north facing entry doors)
Kiosks will accept utility and court payments only. For utility payment, please bring your utility bill or have your 12 to 13 digit utility account number handy when using the kiosk. The kiosks will accept cash (all denominations) and credit cards. The kiosk will not dispense change.
There is a $1.50 charge to use the kiosk for cash payments, and a 2% fee for kiosk credit or debit card payments.
There are four drop box locations available for your convenience.
- Two at 55 N. Center St.
- One on the north side of the Municipal Building (available any time)
- One inside the business office that is (available Monday - Thursday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
- One at 6935 E. Decatur St. (available any time)
- One at 2425 S. Dobson Rd. (in front of the Dobson Ranch Library. Available at any time)
Please do not leave cash in the drop boxes.
If you choose to mail a check each month, please use the convenient return envelope included in your billing statement. Make sure to include your bill stub when paying by mail for faster, more accurate service. Please do not use tape or staples. Do not mail cash.

You may pay by check or credit card using our unattended pay-by-phone feature virtually 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can also access your account balance, due date and last payment made through this option.
