Condition of Items Sold: The City of Mesa shall not be responsible for the authenticity or defect in any item, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any imperfection. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold as is and without recourse.
Payment: All Payments made directly to PublicSurplus.com within 5 days of being awarded the auction.
Pick-up: All items must be picked up within 10 days of being awarded the auction on Publicsurplus.com.
In order to bid on our auctions listed on Publicsurplus.com, Bidders must create an account and complete the verification process on the Public Surplus website. Bidding Accounts must be at least 30 days old to bid on our auctions.
City of Mesa Employees: City of Mesa employees are not eligible to purchase items from the Surplus Store.
