No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any imperfection.  No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold as is and without recourse.

PAYMENT: All Payments made directly to PublicSurplus.com within 5 days of being awarded the auction. PICK-UP: All items must be picked up within 10 days of being awarded the auction on Publicsurplus.com.
