It is a great excuse to get dirty and help the community. On Saturday, February 27, 2010, approximately 1,500 volunteers from Council Districts 1, 3, and 5 will take part in a beautification project titled Top 2 Bottom.   This is the biggest clean-up project in the history of Mesa and we would like you to be apart of it.
