Melody on Main is a four story, 335 unit development composed of studios, one, two, and three bedroom units and 13,000 square feet of commercial space.

This mixed-use development is located in the heart of downtown Mesa and will include walk-up and live-work units. The development is on what was once the Brown and Brown Chevrolet dealership and encompasses about ten acres of land, nearly a full city block, and roughly 400k gross square feet of building area.
