Ellsworth Road (Ray to Germann)/Ellsworth and Williams Field Rd/Ellsworth Road 20" Waterline

Phase I: Installation of a new 20-inch waterline on Ellsworth Road from Williams Field Road to Pecos Road.

Phase II: Ellsworth Road widening from Ray Road to Germann Road. This will provide three lanes in each direction with bike lanes and new asphalt pavement.
