Westwood Utility and Roadway Improvements is to replace water and gas utilizes that have reached the end of their service life. Existing traffic signals will be updated and raised pedestrian crossings will be added on Westwood. The project limits are Westwood St. between University Drive and Rio Salado Parkway, and 6th Street between Extension and Country Club.
