In addition, Data & Performance informs the Mesa community on key results of Mesa’s priorities and how to harness our city’s data to continually improve our community.

Continuous Improvement - Helping departments continuously improve products, services, or processes using methodologies of Lean Six Sigma and behavioral insights. These efforts can seek “incremental” improvement over time or “breakthrough improvement all at once.”
