Warrants

A warrant of arrest can be issued for several reasons. This can include, but is not limited to, non-compliance with a court order or failing to appear in court as directed. A warrant for non-compliance may be issued if fine payments, jail time, counseling or treatment sessions are not completed as ordered.

If a warrant has been issued because the fine payments were not made as ordered, further payment arrangements may be allowed. The defendant may be required to appear before a judge for determination of eligibility for payments. If the warrant is not related to fine payments it is necessary to appear in court before a judge to resolve these issues.

Individuals with outstanding warrants must check in by taking a number in Customer Service where Court staff will provide assistance.

Defendants can use the case number search to display warrant information.
