The Housing and Community Development Advisory Board Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2024 starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Lower-Level Council Chambers at 57 E First St, Mesa, AZ 85201.

Public participation is welcome, and residents can provide a written comment or speak at the meeting. A public comment card is required 1 hour prior to the start of the meeting.

The Housing and Community Development Advisory Board is composed of eleven (11) members who are residents of Mesa and who volunteer their services. The Mayor, with the approval of the City Council, appoints the members of the Board. Board members are appointed for 3-year terms and cannot serve more than two complete consecutive terms. Previous board members may be re-appointed after a lapse of three years from end of previous term.

The purpose and duties of the Housing and Community Development Advisory Board are to advise the Mesa City Council on housing, community development, social services priorities, funding, and planning across the community.
