We administer Mesa's municipal elections; maintain, record and preserve all proceedings of the City Council; uphold compliance with open meeting law and public notice requirements; oversee the citywide records retention policy; ensure public access to records; coordinate the codification and publication of the Mesa Code of Ordinances; administer the local public safety pension boards; oversee advisory board and committee membership; and accept legal service for Mesa.
