The vision of the Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) is to meet the evolving needs of its residents and communities and achieve the City's long-term environmental impact objectives through strategic investment in technology and the implementation of innovative capabilities.

DoIT is a group of 150+ interns, technicians, analysts, engineers, architects, project managers, and IT managers, led by an experienced and dedicated leadership, who work as a cohesive team to support the City’s technology needs. Career Opportunities

2024-2025 Strategic Plan In developing our Innovation and Technology strategic plan, we worked closely with the stakeholders within the organization (departments, City Management, and City Council) to understand their respective departmental and organizational goals to ensure alignment with the goals, objectives, and priorities
