Women in Aviation International’s Girls in Aviation Day (GIAD) will return to in-person events on Saturday, September 25. The WAI Phoenix chapter and corporate members will host an in-person event for girls ages 8-17 in two sessions between 8 a.m.-3 p.m. at Mesa's Falcon Field Airport. Registration is free and limited to 140 girls and their families from the Phoenix metro area. Registration is required through Event Brite.

Girls in Aviation Day’s Mesa event will include a variety of interactive activities, including tables from local aviation and STEM organizations, aircraft static displays and guest speakers.
