Falcon Field Airport will host a dedication of the photographic aviation-themed murals that have recently been installed along McDowell Road between Greenfield and Higley roads in District 5/Falcon District. These installations are a special project created in coordination with Councilmember David Luna.

The new murals complement the 16 other historic photographic murals that have been installed in recent years on airport buildings and facilities. The McDowell Road murals feature modern photographs of aircraft, aviation businesses and their employees, and local students involved in aviation-related activities. The Boeing Company, MD Helicopters and Mesa Public Schools graciously contributed images. Sierra Signs created and installed the murals. Talis Construction and Scholz Construction also were project partners.
