Join the City of Mesa's Bicycle and Pedestrian Program at one of our FREE Helmet Pop-ups (locations and times below) to learn how to properly fit a helmet and receive a FREE helmet*. A waiver must be completed on-site and the person receiving the FREE helmet* will need to be present at the event. 

9 - 10 am - Greenfield Park (District 2) 
1 - 2 pm - Dobson Ranch Park (District 3) 
4 - 5 pm - Hohokam Stadium (District 1)
