The City of Mesa is a large and diverse community.  For example, the design and development needs and issues in Lehi are different than those in the Desert Uplands or in Dobson Ranch.  In order to maintain a healthy and prosperous city it is important that high quality development standards be established that recognize these unique areas.  To accomplish this goal, the following design guidelines have been prepared and approved by the City Council.  Over time, more areas will be added.
