Multi-unit home: The City of Mesa defines a 'multi-unit home' as any dwelling where the occupant is not the account holder for City of Mesa trash service.  Examples include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Apartment communities
• Manufactured or mobile home parks
• RV parks
• Condo, townhome, multi-plex or patio homes

As a multi-unit property, your community is eligible for the following programs and services:
