The Tool Lending program offers free tools available for loan. The tools can be used for a variety of purposes, including volunteer efforts, home improvement and gardening and landscaping. This is a FREE service to Mesa residents and property owners.

Requirements for Tool Lending Program:

• Must be a Mesa resident.
• Must be used within the City of Mesa.
• Tools can also be used by nonprofits and any community organization benefiting Mesa.
• MAXIMUM lending duration is 2 weeks.

Each clean-up requires a designated participant to assume responsibility for the following:

• Pick up/ Return of tools
• Return of the tools in good, clean condition
• Ensuring that all equipment is safely operated

Does your home or fence need a new paint job and you just can't afford to buy paint at this time?  Let the City of Mesa help!  The Environmental Management & Sustainability Department has created a convenient and environmentally friendly way to reuse old paint.  The purpose of the program is to distribute paint collected at the Household Hazardous Waste facility for use in beautifying Mesa's neighborhoods.
