How much does a Sign Permit Cost?

Sign permits shall be charged in addition to applicable Building and Civil Engineering Permits. See Sign Permit fees under Development Services Schedule of Fees and Charges [PDF].

How Long Does It Take To Get A Sign Permit?

Sign permits are reviewed within 10 business days. Expedited services are available 5 business days per review cycle (100% of sign permit fee).

Review begins after payment and documents have been received.

Schedule An Inspection

To request an inspection online, log into your online account (DIMES) and enter the permit number in the search box.

1. Use the down arrow under “record info” to find “inspections”.
2. Under inspections, you will find “schedule or request inspection” and select the type of inspection.
3. Select the date, time and then “continue”.
4. Enter notes for the inspector if necessary and then select “finish”.
5. Your inspection is now scheduled.
