Employee Resource Groups

Our employees are as diverse as our city. Through employee resource groups, employees have access to leadership training, professional development, events and networking that support their growth and success. Our goal is to represent Mesa's diverse communities in every tier of our organization.

Mesa Hispanic Network (MHN)
As a strategic partner in community collaborations and diversity initiatives, Mesa Hispanic Network seeks to attract, develop, and retain Latino employees.

National Forum for Black Public Administrators (NFBPA)
This national and local organization exists to support, advocate, and strengthen Blacks' participation in the field of public administration.
