The Mesa College Promise is a commitment from the City of Mesa and Mesa Community College (MCC) to Mesa residents, that all qualified high school graduates can attend MCC for two years with tuition and fees fully funded. The program is supported by funding from corporations, businesses and a match from the City of Mesa.

Students must be a Mesa resident, show financial need based on FAFSA and have a 2.0 GPA or higher.
